Booking Policy 1. Booking requests All bookings must be submitted through our booking form. Requested dates are tentative until confirmed by a member of our team. 2. FOR EMERGENCY VISITS (PREMIUM OR LUXURY) PLEASE CALL/TEXT 816-423-0062. DO NOT SCHEDULE THROUGH ONLINE BOOKING 2. Confirmation and time frame Appointment availability and response times are determined by the paid subscription plan and contract the customer agreed to. After you submit a requested date, a team member will contact you to confirm the appointment and the scope of work. 3. Rescheduling and cancellations To reschedule or cancel, contact us at least 24 hours before your confirmed appointment. If you request a reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, standard rescheduling or cancellation fees from your subscription/contract may apply. 4. Technician delays and company-initiated reschedules If a technician is late or we need to reschedule the appointment, a credit will be applied to your account in accordance with your subscription/contract terms. Company-initiated rescheduling may occur for reasons including, but not limited to: unavailable materials, transportation issues, weather, or other professional or personal duties affecting staff. 5. Customer responsibilities Ensure the work site is accessible and any required permits or preparations are completed before the appointment. Provide accurate contact information so our team can confirm or update your booking. 6. Contact To reschedule, cancel, or for booking questions, contact us via the method listed in your subscription/contract or through the booking form. Notes All credits, fees, and specific time-frame details are governed by your signed subscription and contract.
